Secure Usage Tips for the One Card Application

Do not share any of your confidential information through suspicious emails, websites, social media networks, text messages or phone calls.

One Card team never sends email / SMS or makes phone calls for getting customer information. Please report immediately to help@getonecard.app if you receive any e-mail purported to be originated by One Card to gather your Card Number or CVV or any other personal information.

One Card team never asks to install any other application and further ask you to do screen sharing.

Your App pin / passwords should not be the same as other applications.

Regularly check your credit card statements to ensure that all transactions are legitimate.

While exchanging, selling, lending or giving your phone for repairs, please make sure that the OneCard App is uninstalled and temporary files, browsing history and cache cleared.

Report It

If you receive any suspicious e-mails and you unknowingly provided personal information or financial information, Report it to help@getonecard.app

Always report phishing. If you have responded to one of these suspicious e-mails, report it to help@getonecard.app.

Protecting your password

Do not Share your App Pin / passwords as this is a security risk.

Enter your App Pin / password only in the space provided for- that you are normally used to.

At least once every 90 (ninety) days change your App Pin / password .

Enable Fingerprint login

You can also enable fingerprint authentication for logging into your mobile device.

Remember to close the app

Ensure to close the app when you are done with using our mobile application.

Secure your One Card Application

Regularly update your One Card Application whenever a new update is available.

One Card application is available only on Play Store and App Store

Avoid downloading applications which can take remote access or which can record your app screens.

Define Limits

You can set limits for Online Transactions, POS Payments, Contactless/Tap to Pay, BharatQR Transactions from the My Controls section.

It is advisable to set a lower limit for the mentioned transaction types. You can update the limit as and when required through One Card mobile applications.

You can also activate & deactivate any of the Online Transactions, POS Payments, Contactless/Tap to Pay, BharatQR Transactions from the My Controls section.
