We had launched a waitlist in February 2020, and it was open till 29-Feb-20. Those who unlocked their metal card by getting all items or were in the Top 10K were eligible. Due to the overwhelming demand, we extended the waitlist to 10-Mar-20, and increased the eligibility for the Top 12K, subject to credit approval.

OneCard Waitlist is now open and membership is currently available to residents of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Baroda, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi (NCR), Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Mysore, Nashik, Pune and Surat. It will be rolled out across other cities in phases.

Yes, the OneCard is a contactless card. It means you can tap your card at a terminal to pay for transactions up to Rs. 2,000 without having to input the PIN. Currently this limit is applicable only in India and on those terminals which accept contactless payments.

In addition to your metal OneCard, there is a virtual rendition of the same card available for you in the OneCard App. This card is also a VISA powered credit card so you can use it for any online or app-based transactions or purchases. The security parameters are set as per industry standards.

The OneCard App is your key to managing your OneCard. For your safety, in case you change your mobile number, email id, or device, you will need to go through an authentication mechanism after you download the OneCard app on your phone.

Your mobile number is the primary contact for us to send you an OTP or transaction based SMS alert, so always ensure that your current mobile number is updated with us, along with email id, in case of any change.

We completely understand that sometimes we lose things and find them again, so if you feel your card is misplaced, you can lock it temporarily from the OneCard App. Once you find it, you can reactivate it.

In case your mobile phone or OneCard is lost or stolen, please report the theft to the police by lodging a First Information Report (FIR), and share a copy of that with us when requested. You should also let us know about this from the app itself or via email on
