One Credit Card is a co-branded credit card issued by Scheduled commercial Banks/Financial Institutions in partnership with M/s OneConsumer Services Private Limited. The issuing Banks/Financial Institutions are BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Federal Bank, SBM Bank, South Indian Bank and Indian Bank.

Yes, the One Credit Card is a contactless card. It means you can tap your card at a terminal to pay for transactions up to Rs. 5,000 without having to input the PIN. Currently this limit is applicable only in India and on those terminals which accept contactless payments.
In addition to your metal One Credit Card, there is a virtual rendition of the same card available for you in the OneCard App. This card is also a VISA/MasterCard/RuPay powered credit card so you can use it for any online or app-based transactions or purchases. The security parameters are set as per industry standards.
You will need to go through a verification process in order to change to your registered email address with One Credit Card. You can connect with us via the Help section in your OneCard app if you wish to proceed with the same.
We completely understand that sometimes we lose things and find them again, so if you feel your OneCard is misplaced, you can lock it temporarily from the OneCard app. Once you find it, you can also reactivate it from the app.
In case your mobile phone or One Credit Card is lost or stolen, please report the theft to the police by lodging a First Information Report (FIR), and share a copy of that with us when requested. You should also let us know about this via email on help@getonecard.app
