Yes, the OneCard app is completely free. Once your One Credit Card is approved, you get instant access to the virtual card. You can manage everything, right from your spends, rewards, to card settings directly from the app.
If you lose your One Credit Card, go to the manage section on your OneCard. Under Card Controls, you will find the “lock card” option. You can also unlock the card anytime if you find your card back.
Yes, as long as you pay on authorised, secure platforms. For added safety, enable international online payments only when you need them, and turn it off right after.
Make sure International Payments are enabled in your credit card app. If the issue still continues, contact your credit card service provider.
