We could not post the installments on time for your ongoing EMIs, due on December 12th or 13th, which led to the statements getting generated without the EMIs. This is why you might see your OneCard bill slightly less than expected.
What this means -
This would result in next month’s statement having two installments billed instead of one. As a result, you might have a slightly higher-than-expected bill.
