These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) apply to gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by the respective Gift Card Issuer (defined below) and are in addition to any and all the terms and conditions available at https://getonecard.app/ (“Terms of Use”) including Privacy Policy available at https://getonecard.app/legal/privacy/ (“Privacy Policy”). To the extent the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail with respect to the Gift Cards only. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) are agreeing to and accept these terms of Service.

Use:
a. Your use of the Gift Cards shall be subject to the terms of use of the issuer of such Gift Cards i.e. QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited or Razorpay Technologies Private Limited as the case maybe (“Gift Card Issuer”).
b. Your use of the Gift Cards shall be at your sole risk and FPL Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter “Company”) is not responsible or be liable for the Gift Cards once issued.

Redemption:
a. You can purchase Gift Cards from the OneCard app (“App”) only by making a payment through One Credit Card.
Effective May 2024, You may purchase the Gift Card by redeeming your reward points through OneStore. You can pay up to 50%* of the order value using reward points in the OneStore section. (min 100 Reward points)
*Subject to change at any point of time.
Bonus Points Bonus points (if mentioned during purchase) will be given only on the amount paid by card, not on the amount paid with points.
b. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on any third party merchants that are enabled to accept the Gift Cards. These purchases are deducted from Your Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with You and can be applied to purchases, in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds Your Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card/ net banking/debit card/UPI.
c. You understand that the Gift Cards You purchase are redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, or the service provider. The service provider, not Company, is the seller of the goods and services and Gift Card Issuer and the service provider are solely responsible for the redemption of the Gift Cards You purchased. You understand and agree that Company is not responsible or be liable for the delivery or the quality or performance of the same.
d. Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, are valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issuance. No request shall be considered for revalidation of any expired Gift Cards. New Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Card balance.
e. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, amount in Your Gift Cards will not be refunded to You under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point of time. Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another users account. Company make no representation or warranty that Company will always be accessible without interruption.

Consent For EMI
During your purchase on OneStore, a choice of full payment and EMI purchases shall be provided to you, and you may, at your discretion, choose EMI as the payment option.
A processing fee of 1% of the Transaction amount or Rs. 99, whichever is higher, will be levied on such EMI Transaction.
EMI conversion is subject to the terms provided by the Company along with the discretion of your OneCard issuer Bank.
GST shall be applicable on the interest amount and processing fees only.

No Cancellation: Gift Cards once purchased, cannot be cancelled by the purchaser. Any cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Company/Gift Card Issuer.

Company shall not be responsible or be liable for the end use of the Gift Cards. You further understand that You shall have no recourse to Company for the items purchased or services availed by You using the Gift Cards.

You can only purchase the Gift Card amount which would be maximum allowed by App.

There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.

You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards and Your account.

You understand that the final product delivery would be subject to the stock and terms and conditions of the partner shopping platform from where the products will be purchased by You.

Your mobile number, email and address may be shared with third party vendors or the Gift Card issuer for the processing of Gift Cards.

If the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Company/Gift Card Issuer retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued.

You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. Company/ Gift Card Issuer may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Company / Gift Card Issuer may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Company and You each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, India. You agree to indemnify Company for all the claims brought by a third party against Company or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these Terms of Services.

Liability: Company assume no responsibility for the products purchased by You using the Gift Cards and Company shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether such damages are direct, indirect, incidental consequential and irrespective of whether any claim is based on loss of revenue, interruption of business or any loss of any character or nature whatsoever and whether sustained by the You.

Welcome to OneCard’s “Shop”! These terms and conditions (“OneCard Shop T&C”) along with the Terms of Use located at https://www.getonecard.app/legal/terms/ and Privacy Policy located at https://www.getonecard.app/legal/privacy/ govern your use of the “Shop” feature within the OneCard app which is operated and managed by FPL Technologies Private Limited and may include its affiliates (“FPL”/ “Company” / “we” / “us” / “our”). By accessing or using the “Shop,” you agree to comply with these terms and be bound by these OneCard Shop T&Cs.
1. Nature of OneCard “Shop”
OneCard “Shop” is an e-commerce platform that acts as a marketplace for third-party authorized sellers or resellers (“Sellers”) to list and sell products. We do not maintain inventory or exercise control over the products listed but provides a marketplace platform, including payment processing. We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of products listed by Sellers.
2. Eligibility
The “Shop” feature is available only to active members who hold a valid One Credit Card (hereinafter referred as “You”/ “User”). Users must have a registered OneCard app account in good standing to access the “Shop.” We reserve the right to restrict access to the “Shop” for users who violate these OneCard Shop T&C or have overdue payments.
3. Use of “Shop”
Payment Options: For purchasing the products on the Shop, Users may use either their One Credit Card or reward points (up to 50% of the product’s cost only), or EMI options.
Reward Points: We reserve the right to revise the reward point conversion rate at any time without any notice to the User. Product Variants: Users can select product variants such as colors and storage options, where applicable.
4. Product Availability & Pricing
Product Catalog: The product catalog may be expanded or modified at our sole discretion. Pricing: All prices listed on the “Shop” are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Stock Availability: Placing an item in the cart does not reserve its price or stock. Prices and availability may change before checkout. We reserve the right to make certain offers valid for limited inventory and subject to availability of product at the time of booking.
5. Delivery & Tracking
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the User’s location and the Seller’s logistics partner. We will not be liable for any acts of the logistics partner. Order Tracking: After placing an order, Users will receive a tracking link with the partner’s name, and tracking Id in the OneCard app.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns: Returns are only allowed during a return window period mentioned in the OneCard app from the date of delivery and only for: Damaged products, defective, has missing parts, or DOA (Dead on arrival); Incorrect products delivered. In case of incorrect products delivered, you will need to share a proof of the same by sharing an unboxing video of the product before any resolution can be provided.
To enable replacement please ensure that the product is unused, and is returned in original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
If the outer packaging of the shipment is damaged, please shoot a video and take a photograph and send it to us. This helps us escalate the issue with the brand effectively.
Replacement product will be shipped when the original product has been picked up and received by the shipper. Product received must not be different from what was shipped. For the above scenarios, delivery partner’s validation shall be considered as final. We may contact you and perform any additional quality checks on our end to check if there is any damage or defects in the product before we provide any replacement. Also, for electronic items like smartphones, laptops, TVs, appliances, IT Accessories and components or any other such products, a technician visit may be scheduled, and resolution will follow based on the technician’s report.
We will coordinate with the brand to facilitate processing of replacements, which will be carried out in accordance with the respective brand’s terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to disable accounts found to be misusing replacement privileges (e.g., repeated replacements, non-acceptance of delivery etc.)
In case a User wants to return an electronic device that stores personal information, the User himself/herself shall be responsible for ensuring that all personal information stored in the device is deleted and the device is returned in factory settings. We will not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information. You should raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email support@zrpl.co.in or calling / WhatsApp to +91-9606397001 (Mon–Fri, 10 AM to 7 PM) or Users must raise return requests by contacting us through OneCard app “Help” section. Further tracking details and updates will be provided in the OneCard app itself. Replacement Processing & Timelines
Steps:
1. Raise a replacement request via email or phone to our support team.
2. Once accepted, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
3. Pickup occurs within 3–5 business days.
4. After quality check (QC), the replacement product will be shipped.
5. If the exact product ordered is not available, a refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for products purchased through the “Shop” feature. The only remedy available for a User for the return request (as mentioned above) shall be the replacement of such product with the same product (No variant changes are allowed). Cancellations: Orders for physical goods cannot be cancelled once placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to technical errors or unavailability. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy Seller will make up-to two delivery attempts for each order. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, unreachable, or refusing delivery, the order will be marked as “Customer No Show”. The order will then be cancelled, and a refund will be processed as per standard refund timelines.

8. Warranty and warranty disclaimer:
We shall not be liable for any defects in the goods/products sold by the Sellers or delay or failure in the delivery of the products and therefore disclaims all warranties and liabilities associated with any products offered hereunder. Warranty, if any, shall be provided by the Seller. We recommend that User should verify the applicability of warranty terms in respect of product before purchasing the same through OneCard Shop. We shall not be liable for any claims arising in relation to the delivery of the products or the quality of the goods / services purchased by the User. The delivery of the products is the sole responsibility of the respective Seller. The delivery service may not be available for all pin codes and the User must verify if the delivery service is available at the pin code provided by the User prior to placing an order.
9. Limitation of Liability:
We shall not be liable, under any circumstances, whether in contract or in tort, for any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or incidental losses or damages, including on grounds of loss of profit, loss of reputation or loss of business opportunities. In no event shall our total cumulative liability to You in connection with these OneCard Shop T&Cs for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether arising under contract or otherwise), arising from or relating to Your use of the OneCard Shop feature or arising from these OneCard Shop T&Cs exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand only). In the event, if the customer has ordered a product and it cannot be delivered by the Seller within the committed time frame for any reason, Company’s maximum liability will be limited to a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
10. Indemnity:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FPL, its officers, owners, directors, employees and agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors and other applicable third parties (collectively ‘Indemnified Parties’) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, cause of action, costs or debt, and expenses (including any legal fees) arising from:
- your use of and access to the OneCard app;
- your violation / breach of any of these OneCard Shop T&Cs;
- your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right;
- the committing of any of the prohibited activities as stated herein;
- your failure to be in compliance with applicable law, including tax laws and cyber security laws.
- Governing laws and Jurisdiction:
- These OneCard Shop T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws thereunder. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising in respect of these OneCard Shop T&Cs.
11. Termination:
OneCard may suspend or terminate access to the “Shop” for Users who violate these terms.
12. Miscellaneous
OneCard reserves the right to modify these OneCard Shop T&Cs at any time in its discretion and without prior notice to You. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. Interpretation: The section and subject headings in these OneCard Shop T&Cs are included for reference only and shall not be used to interpret any provisions of these OneCard Shop T&Cs. Entire Agreement and Waiver: The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and OneCard Shop T&C shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the services. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power or privilege under the OneCard Shop T&C shall operate as a waiver of such right or acceptance of any variation of the OneCard Shop T&C and nor shall any single or partial exercise by either party of any right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege. Severability: If any provision of these OneCard Shop T&C is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a judicial court for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severed from these OneCard Shop T&C, and the remainder of the OneCard Shop T&C shall continue in full force and effect. Partnership or Agency: None of the provisions of these OneCard Shop T&C shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and Us and you shall have no authority to bind Us in any form or manner, whatsoever.
