OneCard customers (“Cardholder”) have a chance to win up to sixty thousand (60,000) bonus reward points each, using OneCard for making large purchases as follows (“Offer”):
- Every day the Cardholder with the highest transaction amount on OneCard gets fifty thousand (50,000) bonus reward points;
- The next top hundred (100) Cardholders based on transaction amount will be given ten thousand (10,000) bonus reward points each.
Terms of participation:
i) Transactions done between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily during the Campaign Period (defined below) will be considered for identifying the highest/top spenders.
ii) The Offer will be valid between November 12, 2020 to November 17, 2020.(“Campaign Period”).
iii) The Cardholders eligible for bonus reward points will get their bonus points on November 30, 2020.
iv) In case a transaction is made void by the merchant by reversing the same, then the transaction will be disqualified and such Cardholder will not be eligible for bonus points.
v) The prize in the form of bonus points cannot be transferred i.e. in case a Cardholder’s transaction is reversed or made void, then the Offer will not be transferred to the next top spender.
vi) Only regular purchases across any category as defined in the OneCard app and Terms and Conditions will be considered for calculating the highest spender of the day. Transactions done for money transfers, rent payment, cash withdrawals and digital wallet loading or top-up transactions will not be considered for calculating the highest spender. Sometimes, when the Cardholder purchases a service/product on a digital wallet app, which also offers in-app purchases, the Cardholder may not get reward points, as it involves actual wallet load, which is then used to make payment to the merchant. Such transactions will also not be considered for calculating the highest spender.
vii) Participation in the Offer by the Cardholder(s) is on a voluntary basis and the Cardholder is not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
viii) OneCard reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Cardholder who does not meet the Offer requirements or in case of any other reasons including but not limited to, any misuse of the Offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/ activities for the purpose of availing the benefits.
ix) In case two Cardholders spend the same amount which is qualified as the highest spend/ top spend, the Cardholders who did the transaction first will be considered for giving the bonus reward points
- For Example, if “Customer A” spent fifty thousand (50,000) rupees on November 11, 2020 at 10:01 AM and “Customer B” spent fifty thousand (50,000) rupees on November 11, 2020 but at 11:01 AM and if fifty thousand (50,000) rupees is the highest transaction for that day, only Customer A will get the fifty thousand (50,000) bonus points.
x) A Cardholder can qualify for each of the prizes only once. Thus, the maximum points a Cardholder can win during the Campaign Period is sixty thousand (60,000).
xi) Other Terms and Conditions of OneCard Rewards Programme and OneCard Terms and Conditions remain unchanged and are binding on the Cardholder.
xii) The Cardholder agrees that his/her participation in the Offer constitutes his/her understanding of, and agreement to these terms of the Offer. These terms of the Offer form a binding legal agreement.
xiii) Bonus points earned during the Campaign Period will not be eligible for 5X boost irrespective of the spend being in top category.
