Detailed Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

• Definitions:
  1. “Campaign Period” shall mean the period commencing from Start Date and ending on End Date (as mentioned in the FAQ above) – both the days inclusive.
  2. “Participant” shall mean existing One Credit Card Cardholder.
  3. “Prize” shall mean and include the incentive mentioned in the FAQ.
• The One Credit Card members are eligible to participate in this Campaign who are (a) not delinquent Cardmember(s); and /or (b) IDFC members, until migrated to other Banks; and /or (c) past One Credit Card members who have closed their Cards and have reapplied for the membership during the Campaign Period.
• FPL has the right to disqualify any Participant from availing this Prize, if any suspicious or any activity which goes against the letter and spirit of the campaign is identified as being carried out by such Participant for the purpose of availing this Campaign Prize or has violated the normal performance of the administration, security, justice and rectitude of this Campaign or has been found misusing the Campaign.
• This Campaign is made available at the discretion of FPL. FPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice or reason whatsoever, to change/ modify/ add/ delete this Campaign and/ or any of the terms of this Campaign, wholly or in part or to withdraw it altogether at its sole discretion.
• FPL, its affiliate, officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by FPL for the purposes of this Campaign) shall not be liable to the Participant in this Campaign for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign unless caused by any gross negligence or omission by FPL.
• The Participant represents and warrants that they shall comply with the applicable laws.
• The winners’ name may be published in any media, which would be at sole the discretion of FPL. The winner must agree to the use of his or her name and photographs without compensation in any forthcoming publicity by FPL.
• FPL shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure events which include but are not limited to act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic and pandemic or any events beyond the reasonable control of FPL.
• At the time of awarding the Prizes, all winners must not be delinquent, and/or invalid or canceled. Otherwise, such winners shall be disqualified from receiving the Prizes.
• FPL will send you promotional communications during the contest period.
• Winners would be communicated manually through calls in-case of eligibility for any benefits against the contest.
• Reversed/Refund transactions will result in decrease in the total Coins.
• The Grand Prize winners of the contest will be declared on 30th November 2024 post review of all the transactions made by the users during the contest period.
• In case two or more participants have earned the same number of Coins, the participant who has the highest cumulative value of the spends first would be considered for the associated contest benefit.
• FPL will evaluate all the transactions and the standings in the leaderboard which could vary depending on the eligibility of the transactions even post the contest end date.
• FPL holds the right to revoke access of the Participants in case of any discrepancies or unusual or fraudulent behaviour.
• FPL shall determine the methods of the Prize giving, including but not limited to, a Prize giving ceremony, or any other methods which FPL may deem reasonable.
• The Prize winners are required to attend the Prize giving ceremony (if any/necessary).
• By participating in the Campaign, winners:
  1. agree that FPL’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding on all Participants/ winners. No further appeal or further correspondence will be entertained;
  2. consent for FPL to disclose their particulars to third party service provider(s)/ authorized supplier(s) including vendors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies engaged by FPL for contact purposes during and after the Campaign Period.
• Any applicable taxes, duties, levies of whatsoever nature in connection with the Campaign shall be borne solely by the Cardholder.
• FPL reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar or different to this Program or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
• The Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions of and enforcement of this Campaign shall be exclusively governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the India and Participant agrees that any claim or dispute must be resolved by courts based out of Pune, India.
• FPL shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of this Promotion.
• The terms and conditions of the Program shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the Card and shall at all times be read along with the terms of the cardholders’ agreement and such other terms and conditions that FPL may deem appropriate in its sole discretion.
• Each of the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions needs to be met in order to avail entry into the Prize.
• Please note that the Cardmembers are segmented for fairplay hence different customers may see different leaderboards.
• The Campaign is not affiliated, endorsed or sponsored by the brand (Apple).
