Aadhar Validation is a mandatory step in our KYC process. We cannot process your application without it.

KYC could fails due to multiple reasons. It could be because you entered incorrect OTP or it could be because your Name and Date of birth could not be matched with your Aadhar card.

After Aadhar validation, you need to do video KYC, provide a selfie, add bank details and setup auto-debit.

This is an important step of identity verification. If we cannot verify your identity, your loan application will be rejected.

1.I can't find the name of my bank in the list. What to do?
The bank list is an exhaustive list of all the banks we are able to support. Please try with a bank account from one of these banks.
2.I don't have a bank account on my name. What to do?
We cannot process your application without this as loan can only be disbursed in the applicant's bank account.
3.How long will bank account authentiation take? (or taking too long)
It usually takes not more than 1 minute. If it is taking longer, this could be because of a technical error from our end. Please check after sometime.
4.My bank account authentication has failed. What to do?
This could be because your name on Aadhar doesn't match with the name on the bank account. You can retry with another bank account.
1.What is Auto Debit?
Auto-debit is a setup where you grant us permission to deduct your due EMI amount from your bank account.

It usually takes not more than 1 minute. If it is taking longer, this could be because of a technical error from our end. Please check after sometime.

You can retry the same in the app.
4.Can I Change my bank account?
This is not allowed at the moment.
5.What happens if I dont have enough balace in my account on the due date?
You will incur a bounce carges of INR 354. We will re-attempt EMI payment after 2 days.
1.How long will it take for disbursal? (or taking too long)
It would take about 2-3 hours for disbursement.
2.Why did broken period interest change?
Broken period interest depends on the day you take the loan and your first EMI date. Broken period shown to you is as per today's date.
3.Why did my disbursal amount change from what was previously shown?
This could be because your broken period interest has changed.
4.App is showing money is disbursed but I haven't received the amount in my bank account.
We deposit the loan in your account using NEFT. This could take 2-3 hours.
1.How do I repay my Loan?
Your EMI would auto-debit from the bank account you have provided.
2.Are there any foreclosure or part-payment charges?
There are no forecosure or part-payment charges.
3.Are there any charges if my auto debit fails but I pay the EMI on the same day?
Yes, there is a bounce charge of INR 354
4.How can I foreclose my loan?
You can foreclose the loan by paying the total outstanding amount using Netbanking, UPI or any other means.
You will receive the confirmation for loan closure in the next 24 hours. Contact Federal bank to check your outstanding amount.
5.I have paid full amount but haven't received any confirmation from bank.
Please wait for 24 hours after payment.
6.Can I change my EMI date?
No, this functionality is not available.
